Fine Tofu

I love Tofu so my first overall glance at this was delight. The color portrayed is excellent. A small amount of tofu on a bed
of greens is an added touch of eye attraction.
Originality is very good because most tofu meals are surrounded by many vegetables and more tofu. This makes this dish light and as a hors d'oeuvres to a grand meal.
The place is center and front to make an eye catching appearance to please the customer. A slight light refraction in the back ground gives this dish a soft touch. A nice touch of mushrooms for that special attraction. Impact is wonderfully amazing. I am very pleased with the technique you used to capture this beautiful dish. Well done. I would like much to have some now.
